By commissioning me you agree to have read and accept the following mentioned terms and conditions :▸ GENERAL✦ I only work with cute, minimal and clean themes in my art style, without any alternation✦ All the artwork that the clients commissions comes under Personal use only unless they pay for commercial usage, so please Never use the commissioned work to resell, distribute, edit, modify, or make merchandise without my permission! Additional cost may apply depending on how you’d like to use the artwork! However you’re free to use them on streaming platforms like twitch, youtube, kick or discord✦ When i’m ready to take on your commission, I will shortly contact you for the half payment! Please be ready with all your compiled files and references in advance✦ Tag @pofuyuki whenever you use my artwork or graphics on any social media handles (optional)∘₊✧─────────────────✧₊∘▸ PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY✦ currently i accept payments via Payoneer only✦ Half upfront payment must be done before i start working on your commission. The remaining payment is to be done at the time of delivering your final files✕ I do not accept refund or cancellations after i’ve started working on your commissions under any circumstances∘₊✧─────────────────✧₊∘▸ TIME FRAME, RUSH ORDER AND COMMERCIAL PRICES✦ Time for me to complete your artworks depends on many factors for example - if i’m already working on any commissions or my health/personal reasons etc. I will usually inform you before the payment on how much time it will take me to complete your project✦ I do not accept rush orders. i believe it affects my performance along with my mental health✦ Commercial prices are 3x original price for each artwork
